A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders to design and execute people initiatives aligned with business goals
Drive talent management and employee relations strategies to enhance business performance
Lead career development initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant policies and practices

Required Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years as a strategic People Business Partner/HRBP
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in scaling environments and executing people projects
Expertise in talent management and remote-first operations
Data-driven mindset with experience in people analytics
