Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to work
remotely in Eastern Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities
Refine user experience and optimize functionality for a healthcare
member platform
Collaborate closely with another designer to divide tasks and
iterate on design solutions
Ensure accuracy in cost estimates, claims, and benefit calculations
within a regulated environment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in UX design with a strong business analyst
mindset
Hands-on experience with Figma, focusing on both native
(iOS/Android) and web platforms
Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with
claims and pharmacy processes
Ability to transition seamlessly between native and web
platforms
Strong understanding of healthcare systems and the challenges of
managing healthcare costs
