Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephone Claims Representative I or
II to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents and
adjust claims accordingly
Collaborate with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve
optimal outcomes
Identify customer needs and apply appropriate customer service
skills to meet those needs
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2 or more years of experience in claims adjusting (preferred)
Ability to handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto
claims
Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational
relationships
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of degree
