Job Description:

A company is looking for a Legal Assistant to support closing attorneys and paralegals in preparing loan closing packages for SBA loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with document preparation and closing tasks
Conduct follow-ups for post-closing conditions and compliance
Finalize vehicle titles and manage post-closing documentation

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial loan closings
Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation
Proficient in file management, PDF software, and MS Office suite
Strong organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions from senior legal staff
