Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal to support counsel and
business departments in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support related to commercial and industrial electricity,
gas, and renewable energy projects
Draft and finalize various legal documents, including contracts and
agreements
Conduct legal research and manage project transactions and
compliance audits
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Four or more years of experience as a paralegal, with additional
business experience preferred
Experience in real estate, construction, energy, and consumer
compliance
A broad business and legal background is preferred
Deal-oriented mindset with a creative approach to legal
processes
