Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney (Part-Time)Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. You will be tasked with advising and supporting our clients on matters concerning estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and other related matters. This part-time position demands excellent communication and drafting skills, a strong sense of ethics, meticulous attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of estate planning laws and procedures.Responsibilities:

• Providing expert and practical legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, trusts, wills, and other related matters.
• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents including but not limited to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.
• Conducting legal research, interpreting laws and regulations pertinent to estate planning.
• Handling minor probate matters as needed.
• Participating in client meetings to understand their estate planning needs and objectives.
• Staying updated on current estate and tax planning strategies and tools, adjusting client plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with the firm's legal team to ensure the best possible service for the client.Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must possess a license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in estate planning or a related legal field.
• Proven experience drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in legal research with a strong understanding of state and federal estate planning laws.
• Able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and work within a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of legal document management software is a plus.Note: As this is a part-time position, expected working hours will vary depending on client needs and workload. Flexibility in schedule is a must.
