Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 2 to provide
support and referral services to members in need of behavioral
health assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to member intake calls and explain the EAP role
and confidentiality
Assess crisis situations, provide appropriate referrals, and
document all client interactions
Facilitate connections to additional services such as
legal/financial consultation and maintain compliance with standard
operating procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (social work,
counseling, or related field)
Active license required (LPC or LSW)
Minimum of three years of graduate-level experience in a behavioral
health setting
Experience in Employee Assistance or similar call center work is
desirable
Certifications such as CEAP, CADC, or NBCC are preferred but not
required
