Job Summary: Critical Care Unit Manager Needed
Seeking an experienced Critical Care Unit Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a team of nursing professionals.

Job Description
The Critical Care Unit Manager will be responsible for managing activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned units. Key responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
  
• Identifying and resolving issues affecting patient care services
  
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for efficient delivery of health services
  
• Developing and maintaining quality monitoring systems
  
• Monitoring and adhering to budget
  
• Ensuring high levels of associate, patient, and physician satisfaction
  
• Conducting hiring, training, directing, counseling, development, and evaluating of staff
  
  
  Requirements
  The ideal candidate will possess:
  
  • 
    
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
    
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Board of Nursing
    
  • 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience preferred
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    Strong ICU experience, dialysis experience, ACLS & BLS certifications, and at least 1 year of leadership experience are preferred.
