Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, External Reporting to
join their corporate finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements and footnotes for quarterly and annual
external filings
Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial
reporting requests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with accounting
concentration
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
or external reporting
CPA preferred
SEC reporting experience required
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and public company disclosure
requirements preferred
